YourRole
- Get trained in all aspects of plastics production: machine set‑up, process optimization, troubleshooting, and automation
- Work side‑by‑side with experienced engineers and technicians on real projects
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using the latest production systems and data tools
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Take ownership of your work area and contribute to team‑driven, autonomous operations
- Rotate through key roles to build a strong foundation for your engineering career
- Technical education (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience)
