We are looking for pop culture enthusiasts to create an engaging in-store experience. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock merchandise, and maintain store visual standards.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote add-on sales and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Ensure store security and prevent theft in collaboration with management.
• Organize stock room and keep the store clean and tidy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle store operations, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
