• Experience in retail or similar roles, with a sales track record preferred.
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Weekly availability including mornings, days, nights based on business needs.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Clear spoken English and basic literacy in reading, writing, math.

• Prolonged standing (4-14 hours daily).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, ladder climbing as needed.
• Lifting 5-25 lbs regularly; higher weights in some cases.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.
