SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) – Bon Appétit Management Company

Location:

Starbucks – 2 West Washington Street, Greencastle, IN 46135. Only online applications are accepted.

Schedule will be full time with variable hours and days; details will be provided during the interview.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as mentor, develop employees and encourage career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
