Perform building maintenance tasks for indoor and outdoor areas of facilities and satellite structures;
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance in a factory setting;
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues effectively;
Document all repairs and maintenance activities thoroughly;
Operate and drive support equipment, including lift trucks, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts
