Part Time Grounds Technician - Community

Join our team at Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station as a Grounds Technician! As a vital part of our apartment community, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of our community. Your responsibilities will include lawn care, landscaping, trash removal, and overall property upkeep. We're looking for a dedicated individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for our residents.

This is a part - time position, Saturday-Sunday-Monday.

• Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks
• Ensure lawns, flower beds, and common areas are well-maintained
• Remove litter and debris from the property
• Assist with property inspections and maintenance projects
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident requests

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
