Lilly’s ongoing research and commercial efforts in Neuroscience address a significant, growing, and unmet need. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a leading cause of death with increasing mortality and no available cure. We are uniting with patients, care partners, healthcare providers, payers, HCO stakeholders, and Team Lilly colleagues to advance care for AD and related conditions. Kisunla™, born from decades of research, represents a breakthrough opportunity to treat AD early, slow progression, and help patients maintain identity longer.

Position Description
The AD ecosystem requires smooth coordination among patients, information, and products to drive urgency in detecting, diagnosing, and treating AD. The landscape includes multiple steps, stakeholders, and referral dynamics that vary by geography and health system.
The Territory Manager will drive complex brand strategies across the portfolio, creating urgency for patient care in multiple healthcare settings and specialties (e.g., Neurology, Primary Care, and health systems). The role collaborates with internal teams, including Medical, Payer, and Field Reimbursement, and may influence systems of care and referral networks.
Key Deliverables
- Significant account management and sales experience
- Promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems
- Optimize a data-driven approach and other technologies to accelerate reach and scale, meet customer needs, and drive business results
- Support infusion and infusion monitoring by ensuring stakeholders are trained to infuse products safely and effectively
- Help build a healthy AD care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks
- Drive consistent ways of working within the regional healthcare market to meet customer needs

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional certification or license required to perform in this position if required by a specific state
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role
Additional Preferences
- Strong preference for at least three years of field-facing or relevant experience (e.g., institutional healthcare account management)
- Live inside the geography or within 30 miles of boundaries; relocation not typically required
