Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation, 7am-7pm.
Your Role- Provide comprehensive patient care:
Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. - Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping:
Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. - Support operational efficiency:
Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast-paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles. - Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. - Technical & Clinical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced
MD preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of patient/provider boundaries. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines is a plus. - Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.
