- Provide comprehensive patient care:
Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, address patient discomfort. - Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping:
Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, financial procedures. - Support operational efficiency:
Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree/clinical certification, significant relevant work experience in patient care or fast‑paced in‑person service roles. - Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field; at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience. - Technical & Clinical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced
MD preferred); strong verbal and written communication; appropriate patient/provider boundaries; knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). - Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods;
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided); reliable personal transportation to travel between centers.
