This is a full-time on-site Loan Officer role, based in Greenbelt, MD. The Loan Officer will be responsible for managing loan origination processes, assessing financial information, analyzing loan applications, and providing tailored lending solutions to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks will also include delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and building strong client and partner relationships.

• Expertise in Loan Origination and Loan Officer practices.
• Working knowledge of current Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and other agency guidelines.
• Proficiency in communication and relationship-building with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license (or ability to attain one) is required.
• Previous experience in residential mortgage lending is preferred but not mandatory.
