  • Holidays: Coverage is required for major holidays, including New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

• Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Gastroenterology.
• Fellowship: Completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship is required.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Licensing: Must be licensed in Maryland or hold an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license. Reimbursement for licensing costs is available.
• Privileges: Hospital or surgery center privileges are required, with temporary privileges available to expedite the process.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 60 days.
