The Associate Account Manager assists the Account Executive or Account Representative and other department personnel by processing work associated with insurance accounts, such as issuing certificates of insurance, rating, data entry, renewal preparation and other tasks.

- You have great communication skills (verbal & written) and are dependable to get the job done.
- Enter accurate client information into system applications.
- Process change requests, follow up with carriers as needed, review endorsements for accuracy, and generate accurate invoices.
- Create correspondence to carriers and clients; set up Notice of Cancellations and Reinstatements; process final cancellations; process final audits and send to insured.
- Update lost business spreadsheet.
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidences of property.
- Prepare policies, renewals, and other documents for delivery to insured.
- Rate lines of coverage as needed.
- Update driver/equipment vehicle schedules and make MVR requests if required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/equivalent plus 1 year insurance experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- P&C insurance license.
- Associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
