Description

The Director, Brand and Digital Marketing, is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and driving the company’s brand positioning, digital strategy, and demand generation initiatives. This role oversees all aspects of brand strategy, content creation, and digital demand generation, and plays a pivotal role in implementing a new account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. The Director will collaborate with senior leaders, represent the brand at key meetings, and drive high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and fuel company growth.

Leading a talented team of graphic designers and content creators, the Director is responsible for aligning brand and digital strategy with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Brand Strategy and Positioning
    :
    Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen market position, increase brand awareness, and resonate with target audiences across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Digital Demand Generation and ABM
    :
    Oversee digital marketing strategies, with a specific focus on implementing and optimizing an account-based marketing strategy for targeted demand generation. Collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Content Creation and Management
    :
    Direct the creation of high-quality, impactful content across print, digital, and social channels. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and communicates key messages effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Team Leadership
    :
    Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers. Foster a collaborative, innovative environment and drive continuous improvement in content and brand initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to support product and program positioning, launch strategies, and go-to-market efforts.
  • Trade Show and Event Strategy
    :
    Oversee trade show planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and optimizing brand exposure. Partner with Sales to support pre-and post-show demand generation activities.
  • Senior Staff Engagement
    :
    Represent the Brand and Digital Marketing function in senior leadership presentations and strategic meetings. Contribute insights and recommendations that support company goals and priorities.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization
    :
    Use analytics to measure the impact of brand and digital initiatives. Regularly assess and adjust strategies based on performance data, market trends, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in brand and digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B strategies and digital demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ABM and digital demand generation strategies.
  • Proven leadership experience managing creative and digital teams with a track record of high-impact results.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, brand research, and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing strategies.
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience with 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Bachelors Degree in either marketing, business, communications, advertising or public relations.
