Absolute Health Services provides skilled nursing, therapy services, social service, and home health aides in the home under the direction of the patient’s Primary Care Physician.

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist, preferably with at least 2 years of home care experience. This OT will be responsible for completing admissions, routine visits, and on-call visits in the Summit and Portage County areas. Occasional weekend availability is required.

• 2 years of skilled home care experience (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self‑motivated
• Work well in a team environment and independently
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Computerized medical records (V3)
• Great customer service skills
