The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance and working scheduled shifts, including varied hours and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, store measurements, cycle counts, and signage installation accurately and timely.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensuring planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover Needs & Wants.
• Recommend Solutions.
• Ask to Add Value & Appreciate.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times and performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, sometimes for extended periods.
• Adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment; lift or reach overhead; stand, kneel, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment safely; read, write, and count accurately.
• Handle merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate vehicles; be physically active throughout shifts.
