Compensation: $55.00 - $68.00 / hour

TMC is a therapy provider that brings physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long‑term care providers. We are growing and looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

• Evaluation and Assessment:
  Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess functional status, strengths, and limitations of patients across various settings.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation:
  Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and guide patients through activities to enhance independence, productivity, and overall quality of life.
• Patient Education and Training:
  Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapeutic processes, adaptive strategies, and techniques to facilitate functional improvements.
• Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Teamwork:
  Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including COTAs, PTs, SLHAs, nurses, and physicians, to coordinate holistic care plans.
• Progress Monitoring and Outcome Measurement:
  Continuously monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and modify treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Masters/Doctorate Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
