This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager at our Green Valley, AZ location. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations of the facility, manage administrative and operational tasks, and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and patient care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating scheduling, and working closely with leadership to achieve operational goals.

The Site Manager will also implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and manage resources effectively.

• Strong leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
• Competence in operational and administrative tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in a healthcare setting
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Capability in problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing process improvements
• Experience in a healthcare or medical imaging environment is a plus
