Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Doctor at United Community Health Center - Maria Auxiliadora in Green Valley, AZ. The Medical Doctor will provide patient-centered care, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Responsibilities also include conducting medical examinations, developing treatment plans, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Medical Doctor will maintain accurate medical records and ensure that all patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions
  • Experience with patient assessment, medical history review, and creating treatment plans
  • Strong communication skills for collaborative work with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care in a culturally sensitive manner
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, with an active and unrestricted medical license in Arizona
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience or interest in serving rural or underserved communities is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
