• Perform manual labor including raking, shoveling, hooking, pumping, installing pipe, mixing concrete, and carrying materials.
• Assist with traffic control as needed.
• Work in outdoor environments, including cold, heat, dust, smoke, rain, and other extreme conditions.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and inspected before each use.
• Wear all PPE as required per safety manual and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Operate all heavy equipment as requested, including pavers, excavators, dozers, loaders, brooms, trucks, skid steers, rollers, etc.
• Rake, shovel, and prepare surfaces for asphalt installation.
• Install asphalt using equipment and tools provided.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Load equipment and material onto trucks at the end of the day.
