Position: Occupational Therapist (School Based) — Mangrum Career Solutions LLC, Green Cove Springs, FL

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential through tailored therapeutic interventions. This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

• Provide evaluations and supervision
• Help with fine motor skills so students can grasp and release objects and develop handwriting skills
• Address hand–eye coordination to improve play skills (e.g., hitting a target, batting a ball, copying from a blackboard)
• Help with developmental delays to perform daily tasks more independently (toileting, bathing, getting dressed, brushing teeth, feeding themselves, etc.)
• Work with students who have sensory and attention issues to improve focus and social skills
• Help students with behavioral disorders learn anger-management techniques (e.g., writing about feelings or participating in a physical activity instead of acting out)
• Evaluate a student’s need for specialized equipment, such as wheelchairs, splints, bathing equipment, dressing devices, or communication aids

• Graduate degree – either a master’s degree or a clinical doc
