PositionSummary
We are immediately seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse operation by fulfilling logistical needs in processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and ensuring orders are going out for deliveries in a timely manner.
Branch: All Tile CCS/Walcro
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: starting $20/hr
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
- Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations.
- Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.
- Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.
- Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.
- Assist the branch in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
- Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport.
- High School diploma or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and or fulfillment experience or a similar environment.
- Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to promote individual customer satisfaction.
- Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results.
- Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.
- Forklift experience and the ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Experience in the flooring and/or building materials industry is a plus.
- Able to wear work boots and meet the standard of the company’s workplace safety.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States.
