WMS Coordinator

Join to apply for the WMS Coordinator role at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Green Bay, WI. Ryder is immediately hiring a WMS Coordinator. This warehouse position pays weekly:
Hourly Pay $21.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Rotating days, set shift time from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US. Equipment being handled includes WMS System, Computer, and Microsoft Excel.

• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• 1 year of WMS experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Forklift experience (or forklift experience); equipment certification may be required depending on location
• Bilingual a plus

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor.
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve problems with the day's orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
