Delivery Specialist - Hub at O'Reilly Auto Parts

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center.
• Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route and deliver to appropriate store.
• Responsibly keep the fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure and familiarize with accident report guidelines.
• Ensure the designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest.
• Deliver according to schedule, reporting delays to the city delivery supervisor or remaining stores.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations and communicate any problems to store management.
• Clock in/out in accordance with company policy.
• Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating the vehicle each day.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and ensure the fuel tank is filled; lock and secure the vehicle at the end of business, driving safely and defensively.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the 14/18‑point system standard.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
