• Maintain, enhance, and support our ERP System.
• Ensure the system operates at optimal levels.
• Interact with vendors to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, users, and other developers to develop requested changes and new solutions.
• Design, code, test (unit, system, performance), debug, implement, document, and support systems through new development, enhancements, or third‑party product implementation.

• Education and/or experience in application design, development, and support functions.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn AS400/IBM i, OS/400, DB2, RPG/RPGLE, and CL programming skills.
• Experience with web services and APIs connectivity.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with non‑technical staff.
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions with users.

• Experience in .NET, C#, Java, and web development languages is a plus.
• Experience applying technical solutions to business requirements.
• Experience with database modeling and design, configuration, and information management.
• SQL coding experience is a plus.
• Experience estimating project effort for solutions.
