What You’ll Do
  • Be the quality eyes on our construction projects—testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards.
  • Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary).
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need!).
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person).
