Wisconsin Are you a take-charge kind of person with experience running mining crews? Northeast Asphalt is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day operations at our portable aggregate sites. Join a family-centered company that values your grit and know-how.
- Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently
- Manage production, schedules, and daily operations
- Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment
- Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec
- Enforce safety practices and work site standards
- Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors
- Pitch in when needed (welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it)

This is a portable operation – you’ll rotate between sites throughout Southern WI.
What You’ll Need to Bring- Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred)
- Good with communication and coordinating crews
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to join the union if you’re not already a member
- Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions
- A strong work ethic and a knack for problem-solving
