Through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions, you will build lasting relationships that contribute to client retention and business growth.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing ongoing policy support.
• Respond to inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure timely resolution of client needs.
• Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and changes to better serve business clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
• Assist with lead generation, referrals, and new business development.
