True North Surgical (Arthrex-Green Bay) is growing, and we are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team.

True North Surgical (Arthrex-Green Bay) is a medical device company that exclusively represents Arthrex across Northern Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and parts of Eastern Minnesota. Our mission is simple and powerful: help surgeons treat their patients better.

• Own and grow a sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Provide in‑OR support and consultation on implants and instruments
• Maintain expert knowledge of a market‑leading orthopedic portfolio
• Lead conversations, identify new opportunities, and support product introductions
• Represent True North Surgical and Arthrex with integrity and professionalism

• 1–2 years of demonstrated sales success (orthopedics/sports medicine preferred)
• Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
