Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Contractor & Distributor Sales Representative based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area. The role involves maintaining and growing relationships with contractors, distributors, and other key partners to identify solutions for their lighting needs. Daily responsibilities include sales activities, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting site visits, and fostering strong client communication. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure tailored solutions for customer projects.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in Account Management to handle diverse client portfolios efficiently
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related fields is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel within Northern Wisconsin for client visits and meetings
