Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with deep roots in the dairy industry? If so, this is a rare opportunity to represent a growing feed ingredient business across a premier dairy market
. We are seeking an experienced Dairy Sales Professional to lead sales efforts across Minnesota, Wisconsin and I-29. This role focuses on building and expanding relationships with large dairy producers, feed companies, nutritionists, and other key industry influencers
, offering a diverse portfolio of high-quality feed ingredients. This is not an entry-level role—you bring credibility, connections, and a proven ability to grow business through trust and expertise.

About The Job

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales of feed ingredients throughout the upper Midwest dairy market
  • Leverage existing relationships while building new partnerships with producers, feed mills, and industry influencers
  • Serve as a trusted resource to customers by understanding their needs and providing value-driven solutions
  • Travel daily and approximately 50% overnight to maintain strong, face-to-face customer engagement
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term growth strategy
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and trade shows
Requirements and Compensation
  • Established relationships and a strong network within the dairy and feed industry
  • Proven track record of success in dairy sales, feed ingredients, or related agricultural business
  • Passion for sales, relationship-building, and closing deals
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state
  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
  • Bonus:
    Up to 20% performance-based bonus potential
