We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at the Green Bay, WI location. This on-site role involves managing customer accounts, generating leads, and developing strong client relationships to drive sales. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product recommendations, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and demonstrated experience in Lead Generation to drive new business opportunities
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multitask efficiently
• Familiarity with products in plumbing, HVAC, and related industries is an advantage
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role is a plus
