Are you looking for a role in a helpful, fun, and guest‑focused environment? We are seeking Baggers to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers (which we refer to as guests). As a key part of our retail and grocery store team experience, you'll ensure every shopper leaves ready to “boomerang” back again.
Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful check‑out experience.
- Bag groceries according to our procedures, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Share customer requests and feedback with the leadership team.
- Provide prompt and courteous parcel pick‑up service.
- Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
- Maintain regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

Efficiently bag items while maintaining the quality of products. - Team Player:
Communicate effectively with associates and customers. - Skills:
Ability to read, count, and write accurately and operate necessary equipment.
- Must stand in place for long periods, walk in the store, bend, stoop and lift or push 15‑20 pounds regularly and 50 pounds intermittently. Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye‑hand‑foot coordination to operate equipment.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions.
The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual’s availability.

- Weekly Pay & Premium Pay:
Hourly associates are paid weekly, with a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Full‑time associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays. - Two‑Week Advanced Scheduling:
