If you have an administrative or customer service background and like to work with a fun team in a unique environment this could be the position for you! The Building Coordinator will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to residents, guests, and contractors who need assistance. You will monitor the state of the building regarding security, safety, and cleanliness, and communicate with appropriate personnel to correct any issues.
You will be responsible for accuracy of information recorded in the building access system and coordination of the building’s Penthouse event reservation, set‑up and tear‑down process.
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Reliable, courteous, responsible personality
- Comfortable working around a diverse group of people
- Able to react to a variety of events and situations
- Able to react calmly and appropriately in an emergency
