• Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store; conduct inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and pricing processes.
• Support efficient guest delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.
• Assist with daily tasks to receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas (where certified, operate power equipment).
• Change prices, maintain merchandise setup, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws (e.g., alcohol regulations).
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Capability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift; ability to lift up to 44 pounds and handle merchandise safely; climb ladders as needed.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
