Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a remarkable AM Server for the Hotel Northland in Green Bay, WI.

$9.00/hour

Under general supervision, the AM Server provides prompt and courteous food service to restaurant customers, ensuring a warm, knowledgeable experience for all guests.

• Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
• Prepare and present items, keep service area clean, and follow all health codes.
• Handle all guests in a professional and consistent manner, diplomatically managing difficult situations.
• Take guests’ food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables for larger parties.
• Maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety programs, health department requirements, and job safety analysis.
• Enforce sanitation laws and safety standards for all personnel entering the kitchen and restaurant area.
• Follow all applicable company standard operating procedures.

• High school diploma or secondary qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance per company standards.
• Reliable attendance; irregular attendance may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
• Work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
• Fully comply with the company’s rules and regulations; violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
