A well-established metal manufacturing company in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee its quality assurance and control functions. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Maintain and enforce ISO  standards
• Lead internal audits and support external audits (surveillance, recertification)
• Manage corrective/preventive actions and CAPA/OFI meetings

• Manage the quality department

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
• OR Associate degree with relevant metal fabrication experience
• 5+ years in a manufacturing quality leadership role
• Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication processes preferred

• Strong understanding of ISO
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Infor Syte Line a plus)
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with AWS and military welding specs preferred
• Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or similar quality systems is a plus
