Adventure Park Guide; LTE - Zoo

Overview

Brown County is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the Adventure Park, located at the NEW Zoo in Suamico, WI. The Adventure Park features attractions such as a ropes challenge course, dual racing 1,000-foot zip lines, a 32-foot climbing wall, a kids' course, and The Neil Anderson Canopy Tour. As a Guide, you will be responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and educational experience for visitors, ensuring their adventure is memorable from start to finish.

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors in-person and over the phone.
• Sell admissions, concessions, and merchandise; handle cash transactions and perform basic math.
• Facilitate equipment rentals and assist with setting up and taking down course equipment.
• Guide guests through their experiences and ensure a safe and enjoyable visit at all times, prioritizing safety.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Maintain quality working relationships with co-workers and visitors.
• Complete required records and reports as directed by a supervisor.

• Ability to work the required hours of the position.

Capable of working in adverse outdoor conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to remain active for an entire 8-hour shift.

Adventure Guides should expect to work various shifts as needed, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
