Back LPN/RN Triage – Primary Care – East Mason #25-491

Location:

East Mason, Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work 34 hrs per week at East Mason-009. This role provides pre‑visit planning, rooming, assistance with procedures, discharge instructions, and both administrative and clinical tasks directed by a medical provider. The LPN helps ensure patients feel at ease and collaborates with the provider throughout the patient’s visit.

• Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds.
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointments, enter orders and prepare patient charts.
• Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure or certification.
• Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in‑office procedures and prepare and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
• Ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies for each patient room.

• Current clinical experience as a licensed practical nurse.
• Knowledge of principles and skills needed to provide patient care, medical equipment, and instruments.
• Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced and stressful environment.
• Problem‑solving skills, proficiency in EMR systems, computer, phone, and office equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Valid Practical Nursing license issued by the state of WI.
• CPR / Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from an approved program.

Occasional sitting, standing, frequently walking, rarely climbing stairs/ladders; occasional bending (neck), frequently bending (waist) and frequently squatting. Drive occasionally.
