Overview
We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor – RN for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. This full-time day shift position (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
) includes three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation, and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus
.

Responsibilities- Lead nursing staff and ensure high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Oversee documentation in EPIC.
- Interpret diagnostic data and transcribe medical orders.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Counsel patients and families.
- Required:
valid RN license. - Required:
BLS certification. - Required within six months: ACLS certification.
- Preferred: ≥2 years RN experience.
- Preferred: ≥1 year supervisory experience.
- Preferred: CRRN certification.
