Edenbrook Green Bay is a 5-Star skilled nursing facility located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, as part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy and reliable Full-time and Part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and are willing to train new CNAs.

Take advantage of our Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 for Full Time and $2,000 for Part Time.

• Starting pay between $20-26/hr, based on experience.
• Shift Differentials: PMs & NOCs: $2.00/hr.
• $5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment.

• Provides quality care to guests in a nourishing environment.
• Provides individualized attention, encouraging each guest’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
• Carrying out assignments required for guests’ activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Attends to individual needs of all guests in regard to incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication and other needs.
• Provides care that maintains each guest’s skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears and other damage by changing incontinent guests, turning, repositioning immobile guests and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.
• Performs tasks assigned by the floor nurse, such as checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments and collecting specimens.
• Ensures knowledge of individual care plans and supports the care planning process by documenting observations and reporting behavioral changes.
• Assists the Wound Care Nurse as directed.
• Completes medical records documenting care provided and other information in accordance with nursing policies while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Maintains infection control and standard precaution practices, following safety precautions when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
• Reports hazardous conditions, damaged equipment and supply issues to the supervisor.
• Answers and responds to call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assists with new admissions, re-admissions and transfer of guests to different rooms within the facility.
• Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with guests, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Attends and participates in departmental meetings and in-service training as directed.

• Customer service oriented.
• A certified nursing assistant (CNA) or nursing assistant registered (NAR) with experience as a travel CNA contractor, seeking a permanent facility with great benefits.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, caring interaction toward residents, families, and staff.
