Overview
We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position in Madison, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversee nursing staff in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, interpret diagnostic data, and ensure accurate documentation using EPIC.
- Support patient and family education, promote quality improvement, and uphold hospital objectives.
- Qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. Preferred candidates have 2+ years RN experience and supervisory background.
