Job Summary

Back Registered Nurse II – Adult RN Level II position in Cardiology/Electrophysiology y’s Medical Office Building #25-446, Green Bay, Wisconsin. 40‑hour week focused on scheduling navigation, triage, patient education and provider communication to support efficient clinic workflow.

Cardiology/Electrophysiology – St. Mary’s Medical Office Building #25-446, Green Bay, Wisconsin.

• Coordinate cardiology appointments and diagnostic testing.
• Provide pre‑procedure patient education and triage referrals.
• Serve as key communication point for patients referring providers.
• Support efficient provider scheduling, workflow optimization and strict adherence to clinical protocols.
• Deliver direct patient care including rooming, assessment, medication administration and charting.
• Communicate patient information with physicians, advanced practice providers and staff to ensure quality and continuity of care.

• Registered Nurse II (RN Level II) or equivalent nursing experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing.
• Experience in cardiology or ambulatory care preferred.
