The Float B registered nurse is responsible for rotating duties between the community, the Meng Residence and the Triage department depending on staffing needs. This includes completing skilled nursing assessments within the community or at the Meng Residence as well as providing safe and effective telephone advice, care instructions and directions to the appropriate level of care. The Float B nurse works collaboratively with the primary care teams, interdisciplinary team and schedule coordinators to achieve high quality patient standards.

PRN Requirements:
Must work a minimum of 32 hours per month, at least one holiday per year, and weekends as determined by the leader/designee based on departmental need.

Hours:

Will work either 8- or 12-hour shifts ranging between the hours of 3 pm and 8 am.
