As an RN, you –- Will primarily work with our rehabilitation patients in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed.
- Administer nursing care to our rehabilitation patients, including:
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Providing patient care
- Maintaining medical records
- Supervise the C.N.A. staff to ensure quality of care and performance expectations are met.
- Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support.
