We are seeking a full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our compassionate team in Milwaukee, WI, and surrounding areas.
Our organization is dedicated to providing personalized, family-like care to patients at the end of life, ensuring comfort, dignity, and peace for patients and their families.
The NP will develop and manage a caseload of palliative patients, assist with diagnosis, treatment, medication management, assessments, and consultations, and travel to patients' homes or care facilities.
Candidates must hold a valid APRN license, RN license, and have 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred). A valid NPI number or ability to obtain one, along with a controlled substance license and DEA number (preferred), are required.
