Join Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving strategic fundraising, public relations, and community engagement efforts.

Family Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, healing, and caring for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. We deliver essential support during life's most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.

• Expand current and cultivate new donor relationships to achieve annual fundraising goals.
• Design and implement a comprehensive major gifts program, building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of agency strategic objectives.
• Lead the expansion and management of a robust planned giving and legacy program.
• Strengthen the involvement of volunteers within the philanthropy process.
• Provide oversight for all administrative and operational systems that support accurate donor records, pledge management, acknowledgment processes, and CRM utilization.
• Identify and pursue high-impact grant opportunities across government, foundation, and corporate sectors.
• Oversee public relations, external communications, and marketing efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of Family Services.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of donor development and fundraising experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred:
  Previous marketing and communications experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated success in expanding and cultivating donor relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to influence and engage a wide range of volunteers and donors and build long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills critical to success.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with reliable personal vehicle and acceptable driving record.
