Job Description:

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

This position maintains the facilities by maintaining an orderly clean environment. In addition this position also supplies support by building crates and other wooden needs for shipping of product.

Daily Production Activities:

• Be able to maintain an orderly and clean environment.
• Attention to detail
• Conduct general housekeeping and cleaning duties such as sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, taking out garbage, leading recycling efforts, snow removal, and general dusting
• Ability to follow work instructions

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Value Added Skills:

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive Attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

• This is a 1st shift position
• Hours are 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday
• Overtime during busy season
