The Role

You will operate state-of-the-art printing presses to deliver high-quality printing and finishing services for film, paper, and specialty materials. Working alongside 160 employee‑owners in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare.

Schedule

Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule.

  • 12‑hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00 pm – 6:00 am) (Days – 6:00 am – 6:00 pm)
What You’ll Do
  • Drive forklift to move raw materials throughout the plant.
  • Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.
  • Maintain an organized production area for the operators and assistants by appropriately placing product where it belongs.
  • Prepare for shipment by pulling, packing, loading and securing products.
  • Keep pallets in an orderly manner in the warehouse.
  • Support Shipping and Receiving operations.
  • Wrap pallets.
  • Bring raw material to the press.
  • Unload the shuttle truck.
  • Receive secondary guidance from Shipping Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications
  • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
  • 1–2 years of forklift experience.
  • Must maintain forklift certification throughout employment.
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and maneuver from sit to stand while moving products throughout the facility.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills including email, data entry, operating within multiple systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on needs of the business including overtime hours.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

    Previous manufacturing experience.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary
  • Wages ranging from $21.00+ per hour, dependent on experience.
