You will operate state-of-the-art printing presses to deliver high-quality printing and finishing services for film, paper, and specialty materials. Working alongside 160 employee-owners in a collaborative environment, you ll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare.

• 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm – 6:00am) (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems or ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Conduct general upkeep procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience

• Wages ranging from $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
