We're looking for a dedicated Production Lead to support production operations and guide team members at our Green Bay, WI plant.
Schedule- 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Lead works closely with the employees on their team to drive the performance of the line to achieve our OEE standards.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year experience as a Production Lead working in a food manufacturing environment or experience working at the company for at least 6 months required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and accurately follow documents such as ingredient information and batch records
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in math for measuring and recording ingredients
- Ability to use basic computer software systems (E21) to input and retrieve data
- Ability to apply practical problem-solving skills and follow detailed instructions in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to use sound judgement to handle routine issues within a standardized environment
- Proactively identify safety and GMP opportunities
- Requires forklift certification
- Standing for a majority of the shift
- Lifting up to 55 pounds as required
- Pushing full ingredient totes/bins short distances (max weight 320 pounds)
- Maneuvering barrels of product
- Accessing, climbing, and maneuvering around machinery
- Walking, talking, seeing, and hearing
- Using hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting overhead
